1. Accepted Payment Methods

Only payment methods displayed during checkout are available for the relevant order.

Depending on location, device, currency, and provider availability, these may include:

  • Visa;
  • Mastercard;
  • American Express;
  • JCB;
  • Discover;
  • Diners Club;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay; and
  • PayPal.

2. Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through:

  • Shopify Payments;
  • PayPal; or
  • another provider displayed during checkout.

Payment providers process transactions according to their own terms, privacy notices, security procedures, and approval rules.

3. Payment Security

Payment transactions may use encrypted connections, secure gateways, tokenization, authentication, address verification, and fraud-prevention tools.

We do not normally store or have access to complete card numbers, card security codes, bank passwords, wallet passwords, or bank PINs.

Never send complete payment credentials through email, contact forms, chat, or social media.

4. Prices, Currency, and Charges

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Australia, Canada, and New Zealand. Where supported at checkout, prices may be shown in the currency associated with your delivery destination:

  • United States: USD ($)
  • United Kingdom: GBP (£)
  • United Arab Emirates: AED (د.إ)
  • Australia: AUD ($)
  • Canada: CAD ($)
  • New Zealand: NZD ($)

If your delivery destination or browser location is not automatically detected, or falls outside the countries listed above, prices are shown in USD ($) by default. The currency selector, where available, lets you switch the displayed currency manually; your bank or card network may still convert the charge to your card's billing currency, and a currency-conversion fee from your bank may apply as described in Section 5 below.

The product pages, cart, checkout, order confirmation, and payment receipt should display the applicable currency for the order.

Before payment, checkout will display:

  • product prices;
  • discounts;
  • shipping charges;
  • taxes collected by us;
  • duties collected by us, where applicable;
  • other disclosed charges; and
  • the total payable.

We will not knowingly add an undisclosed merchant fee after payment is confirmed.

5. Bank and Conversion Fees

We do not charge an additional fee solely for using an accepted payment method unless the fee is disclosed before payment.

A bank or payment provider may independently impose:

  • currency-conversion fees;
  • foreign-transaction fees;
  • international payment fees;
  • overdraft charges;
  • interest; or
  • other account-related charges.

We do not receive or control those charges. Customers paying in a currency other than their card's home currency should check with their bank or card issuer about applicable conversion fees before completing checkout.

6. Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • you are authorized to use the selected method;
  • the payment and billing information is accurate;
  • sufficient funds or credit are available; and
  • you authorize the order total to be charged or reserved.

Additional authentication may be required by the payment provider.

Payment is normally authorized or charged when the order is submitted.

7. Pending, Failed, or Declined Payments

A transaction may initially appear as pending, authorized, processing, or completed.

A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge.

Payments may fail because of incorrect information, insufficient funds, an expired card, failed authentication, provider restrictions, suspected fraud, or technical issues.

When a payment fails:

  1. Check the payment and billing details.
  2. Complete any authentication request.
  3. Try another method displayed at checkout.
  4. Contact the bank or payment provider.
  5. Contact us if the issue continues.

8. Duplicate Charges

Multiple payment attempts may create more than one temporary authorization.

If you believe you were charged more than once, check whether the transactions are pending or completed and contact your payment provider.

You may also contact us at support@nobltravel.co with your order number, payment date, amount, and a screenshot with sensitive information hidden.

9. Billing Information and Descriptor

Customers must provide accurate billing information that matches the records of the bank or payment provider.

Payments may appear on statements as:

  • Billing descriptor: [Billing descriptor as it appears on customer statements — please confirm, e.g. NOBLTRAVEL.CO]

Contact us if you do not recognize a completed charge connected to an order from our website.

10. Verification and Fraud Prevention

We may request limited information to verify identity, billing information, shipping information, or payment authorization.

We may delay, refuse, or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, suspicious, or unlawful.

If a paid order is cancelled following verification, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

11. Refunds

Refund eligibility and processing conditions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, in the currency the payment was originally charged in, unless another method is required by law or agreed in writing. The refunded amount may differ slightly from the original charge due to exchange-rate fluctuations between the time of purchase and the time of refund, which we do not control.

12. Payment Disputes

Please contact support@nobltravel.co before initiating a chargeback so that we can investigate the matter.

This does not remove any right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect payment through your payment provider.
